I explored the following sites and found them all to be useful in different ways.  http://www.toondoo.com/ Looks like a fun tools for kids who enjoy creative endeavors. They can make games or books and there is also a mobile version of it for students who prefer using their phones. The site https://storybird.com/ is a good one for creating more complex books to be used for a project that would be worth more points.
https://bubbl.us/ is a quick way to organize thoughts of individuals or groups. The thoughts can then be kept safe for use in the future.
