right and the norms in the digital world

I believe that wile freedom of speech is a given right ,but must be handled with a great deal of care. It should not be our right to cause others pain by being mean. We need to be able to monitor our selves that the things we say are the kind of things that we would want to be said, not only to ourselves but to the people that we care about.
