settings on social media

I think this is a very important thing for everyone to check. Once, my Twitter account had been public and my Instagram account and Google stole some of the pictures off my page. This is very difficult to get the pics taken off Google search, but I did make my accounts private after that. Also, I'm having trouble changing things on my google account.  I'm thinking this is bad that they ask for your phone number and other email, because they're likely to sell it to other companies.
