Anyone Tried the GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition Monitor?

I came across mentions of a gta san andreas definitive edition Monitor but I’m not exactly sure what it’s for.

Does it show performance stats like FPS and graphics settings, or is it more of a progress-tracking feature? I’m curious if it adds value or is just an extra tool. If anyone has experience using it, please share your thoughts.
