Applied Financial Literacy

Robert Griffith
As a substitute teacherk primarily at the high school level I see a need for applying what they have learned to real world situations.  I engage (usually seniors or juniors) in plans after high school.  If it is to continue their formal education we talk about cost of schools, scholarships and grants, employment opportunities after college graduation and salaries they expect to earn.  It has been eye opening to me how little thought many have given to loan repayment "after" college or tech school graduation.  Long term financial planning seems to be lacking (or they have forgotten) in many of our student's education.

My watch list is lengthy and more about precious metals and a link dressy style than steel sports watches. This is very different from, let’s say, 10–15 years ago when I was link more into sporty watches. Now, without further ado, let me share a part of my watch list with link you.
