Some art concepts such as primary/secondary colors, color wheel, complementary colors, texture

What will I use in my content area?
I currently homeschool 1st grade and PreK, so the color wheel, primary/secondary colors are topics we will cover and I will teach. I now plan to add balance, texture, horizontal/vertical/diagonal lines.

Using these terms for your kiddos that young only helps to develop a rich vocabulary.
