What was new learning?
I had heard of most of the concepts, but hadn't studied them in much depth. I thought it was interesting that a line is man made and doesn't exist in the real world. It made me look at the world differently.
What was review?
I enjoyed reviewing the color wheel and the discussion about primary, secondary, and tertiary colors.
How can you apply these concepts?
I am currently being considered for a position in my district, but I don't know what grade level I will teach. I plan on giving an assignment in which my students create a picture using shapes and colors they like.
