What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?
I like the norms/rights put forth by Brené Brown. That we come into the words we use with full ownership (using our real names) and with kindness, honesty and authenticity.
What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?
We are responsible for our words as they are actions towards others, we should be kind, thoughtful and honest. We should not say things on line that we aren't willing to say in face to face conversations. We should consider what we are saying, using empathy and compassion, and consider the impact on the recipients from their perspective before posting or otherwise contributing.
