I have a quick question regarding the
CMS Open Payments Data Portal for reviewing records. When I logged into the portal, I found multiple payments that were attributed to me (such as a $500 dinner that never occurred) and that do not appear to be accurate. Have any of you been able to successfully dispute records before their publication? I know there's a period set aside for reviewing disputed data, but I am concerned about whether this period will be able to meet the publication deadline. How long does it typically take CMS Open Payments to resolve a dispute? My concern is that inaccurate data will be publicly available next month at the time of publication.
