As a teacher and coach, utilizing Google Calendar not only helps me stay organized but also allows my students and my athletes to stay organized. I also shared Calendars with parents/guardians which is very helpful. Only downfall is that sometimes I have parents/guardians that cannot access the Calendar so I have to put it in a different format. I enjoy using Google Calendars and utilize them quite often in both the teaching and coaching settings.
