Coaching and Chat

I am employed as a building facilitator and assist teachers and administration with many behavior issues.  I am wondering if utilizing google chat would be a good way to give teaching needing assistance or questions answered on the spot access to me when I am otherwise pre-occupied or offsite.   I plan to discuss this idea with my principal and see if I can implement this within one of the grade level teams in my building.

I have been using Gmail for years and yet still am finding new things.  The google labs has helped me make better more personalized use of my workspace by configuring my gmail look to suit my particular tastes.  I created several filters putting all of my principals emails in on folder as well as anything with the label Gifted and Talented.   I created my own custom theme.  Great feature.  

Not that I want to undo emails that I send often, but I often forget to proof read them and realize it right after I hit the send button.   I absolutely love the undo feature.  30 seconds of "oops time"
