DC Internet Safety Privacy Settings

I have an active Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat account.  For the most part, I have thoroughly enjoyed them. It allows me to catch up on local news and events and see great family and travel pictures from across the globe.  I do frequently check my settings (well a few times a year).  Nothing had changed, but I do know that at times there are apps that request that your settings change to link to your account.  The biggest worry I have is the location settings.  Now that my childrenn are older, it is not such a concern as it was, but regardless, I know that there are ways they can track where you might be.  I think it's the default on the iphone.  I changed a few of my settings to Friends only from Public, probably a good idea even if I really don't think I'm interesting enough to have people search me out.
