I have had a Facebook account for several years although I rarely access it to spend time scanning through posts nor do I post much. I reviewed my privacy settings and blocked public access and limited it to friends only. I did review the security details available to your Facebook account and could tell there are a variety of ways to attempt to block unauthorized users. I changed one of the settings to ensure that I receive alerts if anyone logs into my account from another device. I do have notifications set up on my email so I can look at new posts and pictures. I often am able to comment on others’ photos in that way without opening Facebook and looking through hundreds of posts. However, you can’t control everything. As one young person said in a previous video, you can’t stop friends of friends (unknown people) from viewing your information, so it is important to be aware of the speed and spread of anything posted.
