DC Internet Safety

Carmen Nelson
I looked at the security settings for my facebook account.  There are a lot of different settings options available:  Who can see my stuff?, Who can see your future posts?, Who can contact me?, Who can send you friend requests?, and Who can look me up?  Under each of these categories are sub categories that you can change.

When I signed up for Facebook many years ago, I wanted to make sure that all the settings were set to private as much as I could.  Anything that I share is only shown to my friends, I approve any comments / photos that have tagged me, and I can block people that I do NOT want them to see my profile.  However, I do understand and remember that nothing is ever 100% private.

I agree!!!!!   Facebook settings are so important............and they change.  As teachers, we don't want kids looking at our pages!
