I have both Facebook and Twitter. In my opinion I believe they are great resources, but they can be dangerous as well. You need to make sure that all your settings are secured and your information is secured. I noticed that a lot of people that don't have anything secured and everyone can see your information. I have all of my information secured. I deleted all of my pictures and anything else that would be my harmful to my well being.
