The Social Media website I visited was Twitter. On this sight users should be aware of the function to have a "Private" profile, or an "Open" profile. The private profile allows the user to decide who can see their tweets and their profile information on their twitter page. If the user's account settings are left on open, anyone can follow and view their profile and tweets.
