I checked my Facebook account settings. I noticed that they had updated a lot in terms of security for my account. I had not checked it in awhile. I also changed my privacy settings to not just let just anyone look me up with my email address or phone number. I am also careful never to add anyone to my Friends list that I don't know personally.
