At the suggestion of this class, I logged into Facebook and reviewed my privacy settings. I was surprised at the number of options there were as to who can see my Friends list, and who is able to search for my contact information via Facebook. I made some changes on the search engine portion of my privacy settings, and am grateful that I only have one social media account to keep track of! I try to be very cautious as to what I put online, and only share pictures of my children (many of which I only allow specific family members to see, instead of all friends) and motivational articles related to teaching and parenting.
