I double checked my Facebook privacy settings. Using they "view as" feature, you can see how your friends and others see your information. You can even group your friends into different categories so you can control which friends see what. You can also control if others can share your posts or not. You can even control individual posts and make them available to certain groups. However, this does not protect you from screen shots or people showing your posts to other people.
