I have viewed social media posts where an individual has complaints about a community organization and have not yet contacted this organization about the issues or suggestions for change, but instead posted a angry rant online first. I doubt this individual would have said the words they posted to the organization members in person. It was damaging to the online poster and the organization. To handle it differently they could have approached the organization leaders directly or written their post in a more respectful way reflecting how they would have spoken about the issue in person.
