It is way too easy to post things that are mean to others as there is no face associated with it. Only a keyboard to type on and a screen to see it on. I had a family member pretend to be another one and posted some very negative things involving others in our family. While the post was eventually deleted, the damage was done and repairing that trust was hard for that person to regain.
