I have heard of negative situations happening in the coaching world when it come to social media. One instance, a parent took to social media for the displeasure of their child's coach. The coach was informed of the situation and replied to the comments made on social media. This was handled inappropriately on all levels. The correct way to handle this situation is for the parent to express their concern to the coach face to face and at school rather than social media. And the coach never should have responded to the comment on social media.
