DC Intro: Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

We are still seeing effects of using the internet inappropriately in our high school. We had a valued member of our staff required to resign or be fired after sending a scathing email to all instead of just one parent. We need to be able to step back and wait to respond  instead of lashing out in anger.
