I have Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. Since Facebook changes their user settings frequently, I check my privacy settings every 6 months and every time I add a new photo or album. Right now with Facebook, anyone and everyone can see your "profile" picture- so I don't post one that my children are in. I often use a generic landscape picture from somewhere I have visited and set my privacy setting to "only friends" for all settings no one can get any information or see pictures of myself or my family without having me first approve their friend request.
