DC Intro: Norms and Responsibilites

Technology is all around us.  It has changed our norms.  For example, many schools are one-to-one.  Many students also have access to cell phones.  My daughter is 13 and likely on the few in her school without one, however, I don’t want to become glued to it like majority of society.  It our responsibly as parents and educators to teach youth to be responsible with technology.  We must teach youth to be cautious and protect their privacy and behave respectfully on social media sites. Sometimes it seems like common sense, but sometimes we need to review topics even if they seem to be common sense.
