I feel the internet is a wonderful tool for all of us in this digital age. At the same time, I feel it is also a bridge to the downfall of society... I can remember having to actually physically having to search for answers in textbooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries, etc. Now with a few clicks and a keyboard you can find the answer to almost any question. But, a person with the same few clicks can download or post inappropriate images, text, etc. The internet is a great tool for communication and the spread of information. At the same time it can be used to allow individuals to spread hate, cheat, lie, and steal from others on a global scale. People should have the right to utilize the internet, but individuals should be held accountable for their misuse.
