  Access to the seemingly unlimited information available in our digital world is a natural draw to a child and the sense of right to availability is the default. Teaching a student to comprehend the possible negative consequences of irresponsible use of the internet takes time and perseverance. The understanding that it is a lack of personal responsibility by many who misuse the privilege of access that reduces the rights of all takes even longer to instill.
