DC Intro: Norms and Responsibilities

The user responsibilities that should be expressed in the digital world are rights and responsibilities.  The rights and responsibilities are very important because the digital world is as "real" as the face-to-face world.  Having students understand that they have rights and responsibilities in all aspects of life can hopefully assist them with making good decisions on-line as well as anywhere else.  It is important that an understanding is taught that just because you cannot see the digital world it is just as tangible as their surroundings.  There is no anonymity just because you are not "seen."
