DC Intro: Norms and Responsibities

Students need to know that technology is a tool for learning and expressing themselves. They have to be explained that everything on the internet is not true. Teachers and parents have to teach kids that they can use free speech without hurting or harming others. Teachers must talk about safety steps in technology and make them aware that they may fall victim to cyber bullying.

I like your statement about it being a tool.  And safety for all is important and all of us need to be teaching about safety and responsibility not just assuming the parents are or the teachers or etc.
