The user rights that I feel should be part of this digital world include the right to privacy and free speech. That being said, the power and privilege of technology in our digital world calls for accountability and understanding of our responsibility as individuals and members of society. The saying "no man is an island" comes to mind. Although, individuals have the right to privacy and free speech, being a good digital citizen means that an individual is also responsible to preserve the rights of other digital citizens.
