DC Intro: Norms and responsibilities

Digital citizenship is an important piece of technology education.  Children are so connected at younger and younger ages that they need to know how to use it wisely and safely.  I plan on covering this part of the unit in the beginning, I would rather the students know what not to do than do something and find out how many negative consequences are included.  Kids are like sports cars with poor brakes, we  need to be their brakes until they are mature enough to make good decision.
