DC Intro: Norms and responsibilities

I internet is an amazing tool for education and for our daily lives.  Unfortunately, people were never trained on how to behave properly on the internet.  We can't really be surprised that our young people in schools use the internet in the wrong ways when they were never taught what it is really for.   Students look at it as a way to get things they shouldn't or can't have.............not what they really should.

We must teach kids their moral responsibilities in using the internet!
