DC Intro: Norms and responsibilities

Digital citizenship is so important in educating the whole child in today's on-line world. I like the idea of being proactive with digital citizenship versus reactive. The example of giving a student a car with no instruction in comparison with handing them the on-line world without any guidelines and training is a vivid example.
