DC Intro: Norms and responsibilities

We all have a freedom of speech, but there is an extent to which its okay. I don't believe that swearing on the internet. Some people will swear and it's ok, but when you're calling somebody names and is swearing that's not okay. People need to realize things can be hurtful, and when it is posted on the internet it can never be deleted completely.
