DC Intro: Norms and responsibilities

I agree with the analogy of students learning to drive by taking a driver's education class.  Today's students also need to receive information on how to  be good citizens when using technology.  Although many think only of it as their right, they need to be made aware of the responsibility that goes along with that right.
