DC Intro: Norms and responsibilities

I agree with what some of the others have said, in particular the comments about the amount of misinformation that is available to users.  Being able to sift through and find multiple sources to corroborate sources is almost more important that being able to locate sources.  so one norm and responsibility that I would like to see included is that info should be corroborated with multiple sources.
