All citizens, including students, should have the right to use digital sources and to be free to express themselves. The right to become educated about digital resources (as well as other available resources) should also be a right. Of course, with any right also comes responsibility to utilize the resources in a legal and appropriate manner. Digital resources are not unique in this, all resources and rights can be utilized in either an appropriate manner or in a destructive way. Our goal is to educate others so that resources can be used in a positive manner
