DC Intro: Norms and responsibilities

With in our digital world our youth need to be educated at a young age.  Students also have to have an understanding of responsibilty and professionalism with technology use.  I also feel that the students need to be prepared to use technology safely, and to obey rules and laws.  Students need a positive digital legacy and to understand what they put out there is forever.
