DC Intro: Norms and responsibilities

People who post on the internet should have the freedom to say what they think about any topic.  However, they should have the responsibility to  say it in a way that does not injure, offend, threaten, intimidate, or wrongfully accuse others.  This is always a fine line between opinions and putdowns, but we need to improve in this area.
