DC Intro-norms and responsibilities

Along with all of our rights granted to us by theBill of Rights, digital rights are included.  With this responsibility we need to be mindful of the consequences if we abuse those rights.  This needs to be taught to students early in their school career, so they do not develop negative actions.  They need to be reminded that their digital footprint is out there for the world to see forever.
