In the internet age everyone has a voice. Your rights should include that of privacy, freedom of speech, and security. The problem that everyone does not understand is that your freedom of speech does not necessarily protect your employment. If your beliefs differ from the place that your currently employed, your future employment at that establishment may be terminated due to YOUR beliefs. You have the same rights as everyone being able to speak your mind, just as the employer has their rights of whom to employ.
