I believe children have a right to be protected, the same as with driving etc. And the privilege/right should not be given too early. Also, it is great to have safety checks (especially by parents/guardians) to look out for children.
I believe all have a right to free speech, and should be protected from harassment, as long as no slander is present. If bullying or slander is present I believe the right/priviledge should be revoked.
