Underage citizens using the internet have the same rights to be protected from criminals and bullies as they would in actual life. Because children are using the internet as young as 5 or 6, it is never to early for parents, teachers and friends to be vigilant of what children are doing and who they are interacting with. I like the idea of not having a computer in the bedroom, but instead the family area, where a child can be observed and less likely to be tempted to responding to strangers.
