I am a retired teacher living in the State of Ohio. Although one of my licenses is in Iowa, I do wish to maintain both my Ohio & Iowa licenses. Right now I am a substitute teacher here in Ohio. Last Fall I ran headlong into Google Docs while doing a 16 week long-term substitute assignment at one of our local high schools.
I received only 2 1/2 hours training to teach 3 business classes, be the DECA Advisor, plus run and coordinate the school store, all this the day before classes were to begin. Needless to say I was totally overwhelmed!
Until now I have had no time to sit back and actually find out how this all integrates into the curriculum. I am looking forward to completing this module so that I will not have to be put into that same situation again!
