Digital Citizenship Intro: Norms and Responsibilities

I believe that all rights and responsibilities that exist in our physical world have to apply to our "digital" world as well. We can and do have a positive or negative impact on other people in either situation.  That is why I believe we need to teach and follow the rules as they are laid out to all of us.  Whether sharing information or "bullying" someone.  Same impact.
