The Golden Rule is something that should be a norm in the digital world just as it is in our face to face world. People need to take a moment to think before they hit the enter, submit or send button. If it is not something you would want said about you, don't say it about someone else. Unfortunately today people feel they can say anything about or to anyone while they hide behind their phone or computer.
Users in our digital world need to understand the importance of freedom of speech but they also need to understand the importance of owning what you say.
