Norms:
All interactions should be constructive. This does not mean everyone will always get along, it simply means that you treat everyone with the same amount of respect you would want people to give yourself. This also means that any and all interactions should not be used to incite violence, promote a hate, or create a hostile environment for anyone else.
Responsibility:
Own everything you post. If you post it and say it, understand you are responsible for it. The digital platform is there for anyone and everyone. What you post when you are 13 may affect you when you are 30. Use this platform wisely. There is an implied freedom of speech. This does not mean you can shout "fire" in a crowded theatre. It does mean, you can express your views and your beliefs in a respectful manner.
