Digital Citizenship Norms and responsibilities

Digital citizenship is not a propaganda message. People need to take the time to think about what they have written before they submit their comments. Yet there are people that believe they can say whatever they want. Granted we have Freedom of Speech, yet that doesn't give a person the right to tear someone down. When we send comments to others we should be careful. Our message is not meant to hurt, but to convey a message of importance.
