I believe all students should have the right to internet access and computer access. Since COVID, students have been expected to do schoolwork at home. They had at least three virtual days last year due to bad weather. All students have the right to the same educational opportunities, regardless of circumstance. With that being said, students also bear the responsibility of using technology appropriately. They need to be aware that all actions have consequences, some, lasting consequences. Although students have the right to privacy, free speech, etc, they also need to treat others with respect so that it's a positive, safe place for all. They need to realize they can't just hide behind the keyboard and say/do whatever they want without consequence.
