Digital Citizenship Rights and Responsibilities

I feel that everyone who uses a computer for communication should understand it is a responsibility to treat others with respect and dignity. It is important for people to know that you can never take back anything you've posted or sent to someone on a computer communication. Everyone should have the freedom of speech but to a certain degree.
